Can I take this if I'm already taking a probiotic? Don't want them cancelling each other out.
Yes, but timing matters. Oregano oil is antimicrobial, so we recommend taking it at least 2 hours apart from your probiotic — take oregano oil in the morning with breakfast, and your probiotic at night (or vice versa). This way the carvacrol doesn't interfere with the live cultures in your probiotic. Many of our customers stack both for gut health — just separate the timing!
